WHAT EYE MAKEUP GOES WITH RED LIPSTICK?
I am fully in the camp that everyone should experiment and try everything with makeup so in my opinion you can absolutely wear any eye makeup with red lipstick. For some inspiration on what to wear with your favourite red lipstick I’ll take you through some eye looks featured under some of my favourite reds alongside what products are used.
To keep your lipstick as the main feature of your makeup but still have something on the eye, a great choice would be to choose a Pro Longwear paint pot in a similar shade or slightly deeper shade than your skin tone, to even out the lids and add soft shadow. Even try this look without mascara for a very modern way to wear Ruby Woo.
Feels so Grand Retro matte liquid Lipcolour can be used to create pin up style makeup, this is a classic look that will always work, softly sculpted eyes with a winged liner. The Semi-sweet X9 palette has every shade you would need to create this eye look, you can create the winged liner with the Black shade carbon included in the palette or for a liquid option I love BrushStroke liquid eyeliner in Brushblack. This eyeliner has a very fine brush tip that allows for extreme precision.
Lady Danger lipstick is my all time favourite! This lipstick looks great when paired with shimmery golds and bronzes! The perfect palette for this with warm tones that perfectly compliment all skin tones is the Flameboyant palette, if you really fancy upping the glitter and shine then top off with our dazzleshadow liquids in the shade Flash and Dash or Blinking Brilliant.
