Take Pro Longwear Fluidline in Blacktrack and a small liner brush to create a big wing on the upper eyelid. Then slightly above your eyes natural crease, using the liner brush create a line parallel to the winged liner. This will be your graphic liner! Use a small amount of Carbon Eyeshadow to soften these lines.
