WE'VE GONE DIGITAL
The MAC Pro Membership card is now fully accessible from your phone! Through our new digital Pro Membership, we have transitioned from plastic cards to digital member cards. It is faster, environmentally friendly, and always close at hand.

To get started, go to macproapp.com on your mobile device and download the app to your home screen. From there, you’ll be prompted to enter your membership number and email, and then voilà – you’re all set to begin taking advantage of your member-exclusive benefits at select MAC Cosmetics locations around the world. Just remember to also have a government issued photo ID along with access to your digital card at the time of your in-store purchase.

Through our Editorial Exchange Programme, we provide product in exchange for full editorial features and credits from titles on our Reading List. The credit must be provided in an Editorial credit from a qualifying publication, provided as final editorial. Contact us at PROMEMBERSHIPUK@MAC-COSMETICS.CO.UK with submissions, and for full Reading List and eligible products.

Each feature must also be posted on one Social Media post within the Artist’s or publication’s account and tag both @MACCOSMETICSUK and @MACPRO. MAC must be the primary credit in this post and cannot be featured along with other makeup brands.

1 IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP FEE?

MAC Pro Membership is currently free!
Just appy or renew your membership by visiting macpro.com/application, free of charge.

2 HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

The MAC Pro Membership programme is available to those who use makeup as a primary part of their work, as well as industry professionals who work directly with artists.

Make-up artists receive a 35% discount. Aestheticians, Cosmetologists, Hairstylists, Fashion Stylists, Manicurists, Costume Designers, Models, On-Air Talent/Performers, and Photographers receive a 25% discount. Students at participating schools receive a 15% discount. Members must present photo ID at time of purchase. Your membership card is non-transferable.

3 WHERE AND HOW CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT?

You can use your discount at:

Online at maccosmetics.co.uk
Create your account profile (name and address must be added). Then scroll down to 'About Us', click on 'MAC Pro Members' and then 'Activate Account'. You will then receive an email confirmation advising your account has been activated. Please ensure you are using either a laptop or desktop computer for the initial activation (not mobile or tablet).

5 HOW DO I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP?

To renew your membership, please visit macpro.com/application.
Supporting documentation is no longer required if your membership has expired within the last 3 years. If your membership has expired over 3 years ago, please submit a new application and provide your supporting documentation.

6 HOW DO I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT CARD?

We have gone digital and no longer provide physical cards.

7 WHERE CAN I BUY PRO PRODUCT?

Members in the United Kingdom can use their discount benefit to purchase Pro product online at maccosmetics.co.uk and stores.

8 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED?

Your application will be processed within 10 working days. You will then receive an email with the approval or decline of your application.

9 I AM A MAC PRO STUDENT MEMBER WHO HAS GRADUATED. HOW CAN I OBTAIN A PRO MEMBERSHIP?

Congratulations on graduating!
If you are now working in the industry, you can apply to upgrade your membership online and receive even more benefits. Please visit here (supporting documentation required).

10 HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE PRO STUDENT PROGRAM?

The MAC Pro Student program is open to individuals enrolled in a school or institution of Makeup Artistry, Aesthetics or the Performing Arts that is on our list of Eligible Schools. To become an eligible school email PROMEMBERSHIPUK@MAC-COSMETICS.CO.UK for additional information.
