“The glam is very much in the Victorian fantasy world that dominated the early 2000s couture runways,” says Makeup Artist Andrew Dahling (@1800andrewdahling).
“We paired a very thin brow with complementary pastel colours to create a bold-but-bright look,” he explains.
“I wanted her eyes to pop so we added some extra-long, bouncy lashes for a fun, campy and dramatic effect,” he concludes.
